Our second Wellness studio to open, Pinnacle Wellness Caribbean Park is located in a five-star office precinct and delivers all the glamour and good vibes you’d expect!

Classes and timetables at Pinnacle Wellness Caribbean Park have been designed to fit in with the busy lives of our local community and include morning, lunchtime, afternoon and evenings – as well as Saturday morning.

Classes include Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, a range of Yoga styles and meditation to help you build a strong body, reduce stress and increase energy. A tranquil lounge area with delicious herbal teas is the finishing touch on top of this suburban oasis.

Upwey Wellness Centre

Our holistic sanctuary located in leafy Upwey flaunts a full Yoga studio and Reformer Pilates space, and offers dedicated instructors and meditation experts to help build strong bodies, reduce stress and increase energy.

Classes include Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, Warm Flow Yoga, Vin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Pilates Circuit, Meditation and more! A tranquil lounge area where delicious herbal teas flow freely is the finishing touch on top of this suburban oasis.

Reformer Pilates

Welcome to Pinnacle Reformer

Reformer Pilates offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. It’s typically more intense and dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to each exercise via the use of springs which form part of the reformer machine – this makes it ideal for building and toning muscles.

All of these benefits lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

With +30 classes per week featuring different class styles, it’s easy to fit a class into your schedule.

Reformer Pilates classes are currently available at our Upwey and Caribbean Park Health Clubs.

Reformer Studio

Pinnacle Wellness launches our latest dedicated Reformer Pilates studio in Parkdale, coming Jan 2019.

We are excited to launch our latest dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, boasting a variety of class styles incorporating the latest in Reformer practice including TRX and Barre. Our gorgeous brand new studio  will be led by dedicated instructors to help build strong bodies, reduce stress and increase energy.

Child Minding

Time at the gym isn’t always easy for parents without a babysitter, nanny or stay at home partner. For this reason, we have a fully licensed child minding zone at our Upwey club, managed by qualified room leaders and their assistants. 

Our crèche is open weekday mornings between 9am and 12pm. Bookings are essential as places are limited. To help make it even more convenient for you, online bookings for crèche are available via the link below or the Pinancle Health Club app.

At Pinnacle Health Clubs, our ladies only areas are not just small areas tucked away as a ‘selling point’. They are safe, empowering and supportive zones for women to workout privately and without intimidation.

Our Inbody scanner uses the latest technology for an effective and non-invasive method of body composition testing. It provides accurate digital body measurements of:

Leg, trunk, arm measurements and lean mass

This enables an individual to assess their body composition of the trunk, arms and legs. Then, using a unique ID, they can repeat the analysis at any stage and track the changes.

Pinnacle Health Clubs Exercise Physiologists are degree-qualified Allied Health Professional who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. They provide support to people with Diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), bone, muscle or joint problems, Heart Disease, Obesity, Cancer, Balance issues, Hypertension, Multiple Sclerosis and pain, using clinical exercise.

In your first appointment with a Pinnacle Exercise Physiologists they will conduct an initial assessment, gathering a full background of past and current medical history, exercise history and your goals. They will also do a postural and movement assessment, and conduct exercise tests to determine your fitness level before using the information gathered to prescribe a suitable exercise program.

How much does it cost?

Patients are able to get rebated sessions under Medicare (up to 5 sessions if your GP provides a referral) and the private health system. If you pay privately then price depends on the length of sessions (Individual prices will be covered via phone or email once an understanding of your specific circumstances are discussed, so that the best course of action can be taken going forward).
