You don’t have to be flexible, spiritual or calm in order to benefit from regular yoga practice. We understand that it can sometimes be overwhelming going into a full yoga class for the first time. A Pinnacle Yoga Basics class is designed for beginners and gives a gentle introduction to this ancient practice.
What does a Yoga Basics Class involve?

Our Studio Manager will guide you through some simple breath work exercises and slow flows and talk around the benefits you can expect to feel physical and mentally. Expect to leave this class feeling a little calmer and more confident in rolling out your yoga mat.
