STAY ACCOUNTABLE WITH OUR VIRTUAL YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

Lockdown 2.0 has brought with it new challenges in motivation, accountability and staying active from home. Our virtual classes are hosted via Zoom and allow you to continue your practice of yoga, Pilates and HIIT Pilates from home while still receiving the support, guidance and fun that you experience in the studio.

We would love to see you support our team and your health by booking your classes via our Pinnacle Studio app today.

You can view available appointment times under the ‘classes tab’ in our Pinnacle Studio app. Select Caribbean Park as your studio, and you can see the available classes as 6:1 wellness classes. Once you have found a suitable class time, you can select to book and pay. Prior to your class starting, your instructor will send you your private Zoom meeting link to join them.
All virtual wellness sessions go for 45 minutes each.
You will need some space to move, set up your phone/computer so that you can see your instructor from the floor and standing. A yoga mat if you have one, drink bottle and wear comfortable clothing. If you don’t have dumbbells for example, we can get creative with tin cans of food, drink bottles, etc.
For both virtual one on one sessions, you can cancel up to 8 hours prior to the session time booked without penalty. If you book inside the 8 hour window, you will forfeit that session pass.
