Pinnacle Summer Shred Program

The sun is coming out and it’s time to get toned & feel confident for summer!

Join us for our 4 week summer shred program led by our qualified coach to guide you through the different equipment and exercises, giving you the knowledge and confidence to tone up & build strength!

Choose between 2 x session times and attend each session to build your training program week by week.

Week 1: Squats & Deadlifts

Week 2: Strength Circuit

Week 3: Booty Bands & Kettlebells

Week 4: Abs & Arms

PLUS receive a weekly training plan,  drink bottle & singlet & unlimited  gym access.
