As everyone has different goals, we offer two categories in our 12 Week Challenges…


This challenge is targeted to those who are looking to lose body fat and/or increase lean muscle to ultimately feel more comfortable in their own skin. You will be supported through a 12 week transformation specific to your goal.


For those that thrive on competition – not only against others but themselves. Your performance in a Challenge of the Week (COW) will be facilitated and scored by a Coach, with leaderboards posted each week and Pinnacle Playoffs at the end of the 12 weeks.

Join a dedicated 12 Week Challenge group training session or enlist a private coach to take you -or your own private group – through the challenge. Whatever option you choose, you will receive:
