Reformer Pilates

Welcome to Pinnacle Reformer

Reformer Pilates offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. It’s typically more intense and dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to each exercise via the use of springs which form part of the reformer machine – this makes it ideal for building and toning muscles.

All of these benefits lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.

With +30 classes per week featuring different class styles, it’s easy to fit a class into your schedule.

Reformer Pilates classes are currently available at our Upwey and Caribbean Park Health Clubs.

Pinnacle Health Clubs Exercise Physiologists are degree-qualified Allied Health Professional who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. They provide support to people with Diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), bone, muscle or joint problems, Heart Disease, Obesity, Cancer, Balance issues, Hypertension, Multiple Sclerosis and pain, using clinical exercise.

In your first appointment with a Pinnacle Exercise Physiologists they will conduct an initial assessment, gathering a full background of past and current medical history, exercise history and your goals. They will also do a postural and movement assessment, and conduct exercise tests to determine your fitness level before using the information gathered to prescribe a suitable exercise program.

How much does it cost?

Patients are able to get rebated sessions under Medicare (up to 5 sessions if your GP provides a referral) and the private health system. If you pay privately then price depends on the length of sessions (Individual prices will be covered via phone or email once an understanding of your specific circumstances are discussed, so that the best course of action can be taken going forward).
