Support Our Seniors’ Physical & Mental Health in Isolation
At Pinnacle, our priority is providing everyone in our community the opportunity to enjoy exercise and socialise through the safety their homes during this time. Social connection and staying physically active are the key ingredients in healthy ageing and managing physical and mental health conditions.
This is especially true in our older members of society that are feeling the effects of self isolation the most.
To support this community, we are offering complimentary seniors classes starting Monday 4th May via Zoom. This is open to all seniors regardless of being Pinnacle members or not and we would love to support as many people as possible.
