PROTEIN PACKED AUTUMN SMOOTHIE
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 Weetbix
  • 1tbs peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 3-4 blocks of ice

METHOD:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or nutribullet
  • Serve and savour the deliciousness!
