PROTEIN PACKED AUTUMN SMOOTHIE
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Weetbix
- 1tbs peanut butter
- 1 banana
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 3-4 blocks of ice
METHOD:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or nutribullet
- Serve and savour the deliciousness!
