At Pinnacle Health Club, the health and safety of our members and team is our top priority.
With the National decision to impose a lockdown in order to slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect citizens, Pinnacle Health Club will be temporarily suspending in-club operations from 12pm, Monday 23rd of March.
Let’s all work together to be vigilant during this time, head warnings to stay healthy and slow the spread. Let’s stay connected as a community online, and move our training to our homes.

Pinnacle has suspended gym memberships free of charge and is offering an At Home Online training solution that involves the best of our Mat Wellness Classes, some great Coach led HIIT sessions and our newest product – Pinnacle On Demand! This solution is completely based on our members opting in. If you are interested in this option, you can opt-in here
No. During this closure period, all direct debit memberships and paid in advance memberships have been suspended at no charge. You do not need to do anything, we have automatically adjusted the payments on your account.
No, As with all membership suspensions, you are simply suspending the term of your agreement with us for this period, all minimum terms are still in place.
A suspension has been applied to our Paid In Advance memberships too, so you will not lose this time on your membership.
All casual packs and passes will be honoured for a further 6 month period, your unused purchased will remain available for your use when we reopen.
We can not accept cancellation requests at this stage due to our mandatory 30 day notice period. If your circumstances are extenuating, please get in touch with us by emailing through email@example.com
and we can assist you from there. Note, just a reminder you are not being charged during our closure period.

Your membership suspension is lifted and direct debit membership fees will be debited as per your normal payment schedule. For those with a paid in advance membership, your membership will automatically be active again.
