All six of our clubs have a designated free-weights area, as well as multiple squat racks and an extensive range of pin-loaded and cable strength machines.
Our functional areas are designed to provide space and all the necessary equipment for body-weight and HIIT style training.

Our larger clubs have designated light strength zones which are accessible areas perfect for older members and ladies who may prefer a quiet space equipped with lighter weights.
