Proudest moment: A client started training with me at 11 weeks post-natal. Due to an abdominal muscle separation and a weak pelvic floor she was only able to do very basic core work, and low impact training. When she started training she was approx. 10 kg over her pre-pregnancy weight. Five months later and she is now only a kilo or 2 from her goal weight and her core muscles have returned to normal. She is stronger than ever!
