Lily and Abby are the motivating duo that pushed each other through the last 8 Week Challenge and had a lot of laughs the whole time!

Lily decided to take on the 8 Week Challenge to loose some body fat and get fit. She has always been a member of a gym but found it hard to stick to a program and found excuses pretty easily.

“I wanted to learn about what to eat and what not to eat. I wanted to get fitter and loose body fat. The best thing about the challenge was just being challenged! My favourite moments were the bubble soccer, it was so much fun and my final weigh in when I was so happy with the results.

I would encourage anyone thinking of doing this challenge to just do it. It’s great and we are all in it together.”
