AVOCADO + MINT SMOOTHIE = LOVE
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 2tsp honey
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- Add all ingredients to your blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth & all combined
