Absolutely. Our Pinnacle at Home Program is designed exactly for that. All workouts require no equipment and can be done anytime from the comfort of home.
Our online community allows you to access live classes with other members to encourage connection and community. You will have the ability to ask the coaches any advice for personal support in these sessions if you wish. We also offer 1:1 virtual coaching if you are looking for more support from home. We share recipes and food ideas to cater for lots of different dietary requirements including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.
All of our coaches will provide a variety of modifications to suit different limitations. If you have any specific injuries that make certain exercises challenging, we recommend flagging with the coach before the class and they will be able to provide alternative exercises for you.
Absolutely! All of our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. Our coaches will provide modifications for every exercise and the sessions will run based on time, not how many reps you complete so you can always take it at your own pace.
