Exercise physiologists are experts in the body and the benefit that exercise has on it, both mentally and physically


Physiotherapy uses physical techniques to improve movement, reduce pain and stiffness, speed up the healing process and increase quality of life.


Our Dietician applies the science of food and nutrition to promote health, prevent and treat disease to optimise the health of our members.


Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment & rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions.
