1. Schedule Workouts in Advance
Book classes or diarise your workout timeslots at the beginning of each week and lock it in.

2. Mix It Up
Don’t wait until a routine gets boring, change things up from week to week. Try a new Group Fitness Class, Running Club or ask a Pinnacle Team Member about Results Training!

3. Stay Hydrated
It sounds simple but so many people actually suffer from dehydration lethargy. Keep a water bottle on you at all times and consume at least 2 liters (8 glasses) of water per day.

4. Never Stop Setting Goals
Once you have successfully accomplished your initial goal, remember to set yourself a new challenge to strive for bigger and better things!

5. Sleep
Make sleep a priority and try to get to bed on time each night to give your body adequate rest and recovery.

6. Keep it Positive
Consider your workouts as “me-time’ and set it aside as the time of day when you put yourself first. Remove any guilt from working out and remind yourself that it makes you a more positive person.

7. Get Friendly
If you find a friend to work out with you’re more likely to keep each other accountable and show up on the days when you think “I just can’t be bothered”.
