At Pinnacle, we are about supporting our clients to make sustainable changes that last. It’s not a quick fix for us. We all know that fad diets don’t work long term, and sometimes we can go too hard with exercise, only to fall in a heap or injure ourselves.

We combine education from industry leading coaches and instructors with the physical practices of reformer Pilates, yoga, meditation and small group training. A series of online workshops will provide you with the tools to make sustainable changes, whilst attending sessions with like-minded members will provide the motivation and accountability to gain the physical and mental benefits of exercise.

Our 6 Week Change Program is a holistic approach to training with a focus on making behavioural changes to our habits and lifestyle rather than a rapid weight loss challenge that isn't sustainable. We know that long term changes take time, our 6 week program is about setting you up with the training, nutrition and motivation to start new habits and maintain them long after the program ends.
It's not about weight loss as the main focus. Our program is about living healthier and feeling better physically and mentally. Set a realistic goal for weight loss built on a sustainable approach over a longer timeframe for you to confidently lose the weight and keep it off rather than lose more weight quickly.
Of course, our 6 week program is designed for any age and is personal to you.
