Think the 12 Week Challenge Performance Category is all about lifting heavy weights? Think again! The Performance Category has been designed to deliver you maximum results not just at the end of the challenge, but every week! Here’s how:

1. Cross-fit inspired, high intensity weekly workouts

Let’s cut to the chase: when it comes to exercise, most people want the workout that burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time. Most of the performance workouts in the upcoming 12 Week Challenge are around 15-20 minutes in total and have been designed to incinerate body fat! Head coach Jonny Kloester explains further, “These workouts incorporate intense periods of work with short recovery times, and include a range of exercises that challenge your entire body – proving an extremely effective way of transforming your physique”.*

The other magical part of this type of training is that your body continues to burn fat even after you’ve left the gym!

2. One-on-one support from a Private Coach

Research has confirmed that working out with a Personal Trainer can dramatically increase fitness results and improve lean body mass. This is due to fitness experts inevitably providing more effective and results-driven training – something we at Pinnacle pride ourselves on!

As a 12WKC Performance category participant you will benefit from a weekly one-on-one session with a Coach where they’ll review and help you perfect technique, provide additional motivation and push you to work harder than you think you can!

3. Accountability, Competition and Prizes!

If shows like the Biggest Loser have taught us anything, it’s that weekly check-ins combined with competition often leads to incredible results. And whilst our focus will always be on creating and maintaining a healthier lifestyle, many of you have been asking for more opportunities to fulfil your competitive nature.

As a 12WKC Performance participant, your performance in a Challenge of the Week (COW) will be tracked and measured against the other participants with a leader board providing extra motivation to work to your max! Awesome prizes will also be rewarded at the end of the challenge, when top performers go head-to-head in the Pinnacle Playoffs.

Finally, our revolutionary PHCFitCoach App makes it easy to monitor your calorie input and output. Research digs the positive relationship between successful weight loss and diligently tracking food intake – which is something we’ve known for a while, but there’s nothing like having it confirmed!
