At Pinnacle Health Club, we provide you with state of the art equipment and modern facilities without feeling intimidating. We have put emphasis on the layout of the gym to enable a sense of privacy as well as a social environment where desired.
Whether you choose to use the mixed cardio and free weights areas, participate in one of the three classes we may have running at any given time, make use of the tennis courts or sauna, or stick to the ladies only section for female members, we’re sure you will be able to keep your environment and workouts varied to enable you to maintain motivation and reach your Pinnacle.

Work at your own level and pace through a range of fun challenges for the core, arms, legs and fitness. It may include boxing, free weights, medicine and fitball work…or something totally unexpected!

Start in the cycle studio, and then move through a variety of cardio, free weight and toning exercise stations and group activities. Work at your own intensity and in just a few weeks you'll begin to see your confidence grow and body reshape.

De-stress and relax your body- stretch to increase your flexibility, focusing on your mind and body.
This class uses slow movements and stretches and is suitable for all fitness levels. For heated yoga we pump up the temperature and get the room to 36 degrees.
This makes for more flexibility and more of a cardio workout. Burn calories while you improve your flexibility!

You don't need to be a dancer to have fun and feel successful in a Zumba® group exercise class. The dance moves, including mambo, cha cha cha and salsa, are simple and easy to follow.
In addition to this Latin flavour, our instructors may create an international feel by incorporating swing and belly dance moves into the mix.

A non-stop, high energy, cardio boxing style class. Punching and kicking combinations offer constant change and challenge.
It keeps your heart rate up and constantly burning. Class includes pad work and use of boxing gloves and mitts.
We recommend for hygiene reasons that you bring your own gloves to the class.

A satisfying floor work class that practices Pilates exercise methods. This class will focus on abdominal stabilization techniques, toning and stretching.
