Boot Camp What is Boot Camp?

What is boot camp and how much does it cost?

Boot camp is a structured 6 week program aimed at fast tracking fitness and weight loss results. Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible and commit to an intensive training regime during the course.

As the name "Boot Camp" suggests, the 6 weeks are intended to be mentally and physically challenging. However, the main aim of the program is to enhance participant motivation and drive through the results based exercises. Cadets should leave Boot Camp feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and pumped! Breakfast is provided for all participants.

For non members Boot camp is only $199 for all 18 sessions. This includes a Boot Camp Pack consisting of boxing gloves, drink bottle, T-shirt/singlet and manual. For Pinnacle members, Boot Camp is FREE. 4 Boot Camps per year for $0.

Boot Camp Do I Need To Be Fit Results To Expect
Absolutely not! The course is able to cater for everyone from beginners to advanced, with the expectation that at the end of the 6 weeks, all fitness levels will have greatly improved.

At the beginning of the boot camp, each participant will undergo various fitness appraisals and be measured to obtain a starting point.

After training solidly for 6 weeks, all will be retested and re-measured so you will not only feel better but have the PROOF that you are better.

At the end of the 6 weeks, you will have obtained results in the following areas:
  • Decreased body fat and size
  • Increased strength and muscle endurance
  • Increased stamina
  • Improved cardio vascular function
  • Improved flexibility, agilty and coordination
Boot Camp Session Outline Class Content
Enjoy the outdoors. Each session is held in the great outdoors, whether its on location or off site, providing you with a healthy and varied environment to keep you motivated.

Every Saturday, Boot Campers meet at different locations including Jells Park, 1000 Stairs in Ferntree Gully and even Mentone Beach. Each session is tailored to maximise the benefits of each location and to keep you on your toes!

The final week peaks with a Boot Camp Break Up night to enjoy the group in a social environment and to celebrate each other’s successes.

All classes are fun and focused.
  • Boxing Focus Pad and Kick Shield work
  • Running (endurance and speed)
  • Strength training including push ups, dips, lunges, squats, sit ups
  • Abdominal and Core stabilization
  • Flexibility and Agility work
  • Lactic Training
