Since being a member at Pinnacle, I have found my motivation to exercise and push my boundaries of fitness have increased. Cost was a big factor for me when signing up to a gym, and the location and price were perfect for what I was looking for. The best feature about Pinnacle is the kind trainers. Always willing to give advice or just have a bit of a chat as you leave, they make the members feel comfortable and relaxed at the gym. Also, as I am a woman, the women's only area does allow for more women to come and to try something new. With the combination of the two it makes for quick and amazing results.

What can I say!? I LOVE my gym! It has such a great variety of classes in both the mornings and evenings. The members are very welcoming and so friendly. Everyone wants to work hard, which makes you also want to work hard! The fact that it's a 24/7 gym is PERFECT when you have a busy lifestyle because you have NO excuses for not getting in a workout!

    No stranger to a Pinnacle challenge, Rhys lost 69cm and 20.4kgs in 12 weeks when he was the 12WKC Winter 2016 Winner! He continues to smash goals in the club at his regular Results Training Team and Small Group sessions.
