Use the gym during the day and pay less

Pinnacle's Off Peak membership is as cheap as going out for a coffee and cake. The positive is you will be getting fit, having fun and making new friends whilst participating in a class or following your fully structured fitness program.

You will gain full access to Pinnacle between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and full access during reception hours on the weekend.

Pinnacle Health Club Boot Camp Do I Need To Be Fit Results To Expect

Get ready! Boot Camp is on the horizon!

Boot camp is a structured 6 week program aimed at fast tracking fitness and weight loss results.

Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible and commit to an intensive training regime over the duration of the course.

As the name "Boot Camp" suggests, the 6 weeks are intended to be mentally and physically challenging. However, the main aim of the program is to enhance participant motivation and drive through the results based exercises. Cadets should leave Boot Camp feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and pumped!

A typical Sunday schedule:

Week 1 Jells Park
Week 2 1000 Steps
Week 3 Jells Park
Week 4 Fun Run
Week 5 Mentone Beach
Week 6 Fitness Test

Breakfast is provided for all participants.

Increasing fibre is one of the easiest ways to improve your diet

Fibre can help prevent many illnesses (such as cancer and constipation) and can help to improve diabetes control. Fibre is an important nutrient for the body and can assist in weight loss.

The recommended intake for adults is 30g per day. Most Australians only manage 18 – 25g per day.

To boost your fibre intake try:

  • Whole grain cereals for breakfast
  • Use whole meal or grainy breads
  • Make a smoothie with low fat milk, sliced fruit and oat bran
  • Include salad and vegetables with your main meals (preferably with the skins and seeds)

For all ages and fitness levels

This fully equipped gym offers state of the art equipment which includes weights and cardio equipment, while offering the privacy you would like in a separate closed off area.

Conveniently located in this section is the Ladies change rooms and personal amenities along with back stairs that lead straight up to our 'group' classroom, where you can still take advantage of the many classes we offer without the need to walk through the mixed section.

Life Fitness Circuit:

The Life Fitness Circuit Series is a feature of the Ladies Only section. All machines are designed based on resistance which is ideal for our female members to get a great total body toning and strength workout.
