At Pinnacle Health Club, we provide you with state of the art equipment and modern facilities without feeling intimidating. We have put emphasis on the layout of the gym to enable a sense of privacy as well as a social environment where desired.
Whether you choose to use the mixed cardio and free weights areas, participate in one of the three classes we may have running at any given time, make use of the tennis courts or sauna, or stick to the ladies only section for female members, we’re sure you will be able to keep your environment and workouts varied to enable you to maintain motivation and reach your Pinnacle.

Our club provides mixed gym areas for cardio, weights and abs/stretching.
Whether your needs are for body building, or general muscle building and toning, we offer a comprehensive range of resistance training machines and free weights.
The cardio area provides an ample series of equipment including the latest summit trainer and rowing machines.
Each area features state of the art equipment, the latest exercise techniques as well as a high level of personalised service from our fully qualified trainers.

Our ladies only section has been designed to cater for all ages and fitness levels, offering both weights and cardio areas in the privacy you may be looking for.
Conveniently located in this section are the Ladies’ change rooms and personal amenities along with stairs at the back that lead straight to the ‘group’ class room.
The Life Fitness Circuit Series is offered in the Ladies Only Gym. The machines are resistance based, simple to operate and deliver outstanding results. Anyone who uses them can receive a complete, total-body workout. The series is great for those new to strength training through to regulars, and for those losing interest in exercising through to the time-challenged.
Our expert trainers can tailor a personalised program based on your current fitness levels, and you won’t need to leave the ladies section to complete it. Naturally, you are always welcome to join the ‘mixed’ sections of the club anytime you wish.

Enjoy the exhilaration of an Aerobic workout on our specially designed cushioned floor.
We offer a vast range of classes to suit every fitness level and experience.
Classes include pilates, yoga, body pump, boxing, THT, step, circuit and much more. Casual members are welcome to all of our classes.

Our child minding facility is a fully supervised safe environment for you to leave your children while you train.
Our centre not only minds your children but also offers stimulating activities which promote development and wellbeing for the whole family. Children between 6 weeks to 6 years of age are welcome.
Our child minding is available Monday to Friday and bookings are essential.

The sitting area is a perfect way to sit and relax before and after a session.
Tea and coffee are available for members use and free of charge. This area is a nice and clean environment to have a chat or even read a magazine.
From 6-9am, this area also offers free continental breakfast to all members. This is a great and convenient way for those rushing off to work, a meeting, or even to run errands to re-fuel the body after a hard workout and to kick-start their day.
