Our goal for Group Fitness Classes is to provide our members and guests with a fantastic group and fun experience.

With over 30 Group Fitness Classes per week, there is something to suit all ages and fitness levels

All of our classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors in fully equipped facilities.

Low entry level classes allow the newest participant to feel completely at ease with the experience, whilst being able to reap the rewards of exercising in a supportive group

For our advanced participants, we have classes that will push your fitness levels to the maximum, allowing you to challenge yourself even more than you imagined.

Group fitness does more than get you fit! It builds relationships, provides a fun and dynamic experience and creates our very special culture within the club. With the diversity of classes ranging from, Yoga to Body Pump and our very popular Awesome Adults we make sure everyone is catered for.
